Super 8 by Wyndham East Moline

Negatives: There was coffee in the room, but no coffeepot. There were no clothes hangers, so I draped my clothes for the next day over the back of a chair and hoped they wouldn't get too wrinkled. There were no hand towels, but there were 2 washcloths, so I used the 2nd washcloth as a hand towel. There was no Do Not Disturb sign, and the indoor security lock on the door was broken, so I was half afraid housekeeping would come in the next morning while I was still asleep, as I usually sleep late and check out right before 11 AM. Of all these things the most upsetting was that there was NO security lock on the door, that is very important and not just because of housekeeping.

Negatives: Upgrade some facilities in the bathroom

Negatives: The water from the sink was completely brown and sandy regardless of running it for several minutes. The pillows had fresh dirt stains. The comforter had cigarette burns. The non smoking hotel room reaked of cigarettes and I ended up having to change rooms. There were bugs everywhere. I kept having to kill them. Overall the hotel needs to be renovated because it's extremely run down and disgusting. My husband ended up leaving a 1:30 in the morning because we felt the room was extremely unsanitary.

Negatives: The service

Negatives: I seen a few things I didn't like. I thought I seen bugs

Negatives: Everything the room had roaches and the cover was nasty bath tub was nasty, just will never stay at a Super 8 again it's just like staying at a Motel 6

Negatives: Phone broken,orange juice broken.

Negatives: Bedding was missing, used soaps were still in the shower, the floor was wet and sticky.

Negatives: Trash all over the place, bed linens stained, lock to the door was broke, smelled horrible, only had 10 TV channels.

Negatives: The carpets were horribly stained. I understand people spill things and don’t clean it up but this was TERRIBLE. The host had to unlock the doors with an actual key because the keyless option didn’t work so I had to prop my door open in order to get back in without having to get the host again. The bedding had multiple rips in it and I was afraid my almost two year old grand child would get tangled in it while sleeping. It smelled horrible. They should stock supplies better. The toilet paper was almost gone and there wasn’t another roll so we had to ask for more. The towels were terribly stained.
