Positives: Absolutely nothing
Negatives: When we walking in there was a stray dog. Okay no biggie it was nice. Well the worker made US get it away from the door so we could come inside. Well we got it aways and we went in. They dog was able to get back into the hotel. The worker then told us we had to get the dog out. We did it and looked past it. Well we pay and everything go get out bags and got into the room. IT WAS DISGUSTING. Ive been to hotel that were not the best but this place was nasty. It smelled so bad of cigarettes. Like it was hard for my to breathe. I went to the front desk and told the guy worker. One of us has asthma and it made it really hard from him to breathe in there. The guy worker said they dont have anymore rooms and they would give us a refund with no charges. So we went back to the room and grabbed our phones and booked another hotel and left. The guy worker said he already deactivated our cards. This was at 10:50pm well about 12:10am I get a phone call from the place. A lady from there was calling me saying why were we in the room if he refunded us and that we messed up the room so bad and everything else. We looked under the beds to see if they had bed bugs in which we did not see any but when we left we had bites on two/ out of the three of us. She also said well we have someone new in there and they are not complaining. So I never saw the issue as to why she was calling me. If she already had the room booked and never lost any money with the room. So all around this was the worst place with treatment by staff, cleaning, and odors. R
