You would think that a place this large would be noisy or you'd hear the elevator all night. I didn't hear a peep! I LOVED the pillows, mattress and bedding. I felt like a princess and snuggled right in, which felt better than my own bed at home. I had the best sleep. I never leave a tip for the cleaning person, but since my roommate was a cleaning person she recommended that we leave a tip. I couldn't object because the room was spotless, I didn't find one hair, or anything disgusting. It smelled fresh as well. The staff was very helpful, and even stopped what they were doing to help take a picture by their interesting water art at the entrance upon our checking out. The hot tub was very large and clean, the pool was refreshing, very clean. It had a nice zero depth gradual walk in. It was convenient to have an easily accessible walk-in shower next to the pool for. There is a lot of parking, large overhead to the front doors to load and unload with lots of carts for luggage. It was a great location to stay for an evening concert in St. Charles.
Negatives:
I always wish that for city hotels they would still include breakfast in the cost. For 187.00 and up it seems like they could offer grab and go fruit or muffins at the least. I say this every time I stay in a big city area, so I know it is common to not have this complimentary breakfast offered for this price point. Other than having to pay extra for breakfast, everything else was wonderful.

Location great, pool and hot tub great, lots of parking, staff was wonderful, the beds were sooo comfortable. I would definitely give this a 10 and I would stay here again!
Negatives:
Extra tbungs for breakfast. You having to pay 14.00 for breakfast every morning is a little extreme. Especially when it's pretty much the same stuff at other hotels where breakfast is free.
