The property was nice. Lots of parking accessible from the highway and well manicured.

The only negative thing I can say is the smell in the halls. Smelled like carpet deodorizer but the rooms didn’t.

The service was excellent. The personnel was very helpful throughout the stay. The manager Mr. James Hartfkopf accommodated us with a complimentary check in, got a shaving kit for us and made coffee.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was impeccably clean, and I was thoroughly impressed by everyone's performance. Having the restaurant conveniently located within the hotel was a delightful experience, and the staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Without a doubt, I will choose to stay at this hotel again when I visit Elgin in the future.
