There wasnt breakfast. The room was clean but smelled like fresh paint. Location was great. The pool looked nice, although we did not use it.
Negatives:
Front desk was extremely rude. I wanted to extend my stay for a few extra hours, as my daughter had a softball tournament. I was told it would be $30 for two hours. I then asked if I could just ask a night, they told me I had to wait for the manger to get back. The hotel seemed extremely empty.

~ A lot of advertising about the food available at this hotel while we were shopping for a hotel & even a tv screen with digital advertising about the food with photos in view at check in. However, there is NO restaurant and NO breakfast available. There was also no microwave in the room, although there was one in the lobby. Very misleading. No food offered is fine, but stop with the false advertising!!
~ We had a good price through Priceline, or we may have been disappointed. The room was in the middle of a remodel, so grout on the floors, etc., furniture & linens in various states of replacement. We overall had a comfortable stay & when they get everything completed (in a few months) it will probably be a better choice.

the room looked great, but the bed lacked a duvet and I had to sleep under what amounted to 2 sheets: a thin bedcover and a top sheet but no blanket or duvet insert. I pulled the 2 top layers off the other bed and layered them on my bed to get warm and be able to sleep. The heat function on the AC unit did not heat up but only blew air. I know how to operate those units so it wasn’t user ignorance!
There was no breakfast available although it appeared that they had a functional kitchen in the lobby. The excuse was that the hotel was under renovation, but nothing appeared to be in need of renovation there. There also were signs that the kitchen has been used recently. They offered some 10% off coupons at local restaurants in place of any breakfast. I bought something to reheat in the lobby microwave and found it was dirty inside. I don’t know how long they have left to finish the renovation, but I might have booked elsewhere if I had known that it was not offering full service.
