Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

We liked that their was a kitchenette and good parking. We didn't have chairs in our room for the table but the staff got us a couple quickly.
Negatives:
No crib or pack n play for our 2 year old. Top of fridge was dirty. Fan in bathroom didn't work. No toaster or coffee maker available and we could only get 1 bowl and 1 fork for 4 people. We were having a lot of trouble with our key working in the room door but worked fine on the outside door.

We booked a unit with kitchenette.
There were no pots and pans. No cooking utensils. No kettle. No cups or plates. No knives and forks or spoons. The staff told us there is no equipment for cooking etc available. So. What are we paying for ?

The price was pretty competitive for Chicago. The booking process was easy. I thought I was getting a good deal. However I did end up not staying there and had to pay more for a last minute reservation.
Negatives:
When I first reached to the facility with my family, there was no one in the reception. After a wait of about 15 mins, the receptionist showed up and we were able to check in. However once we reached to the room, we found out that it was a 'smoking' room despite booking for a non smoking room. I went back to the receptionist and she said that they were sold out and that was the only one room available. There was no way me and my family could stay in the room (smell of heavy, almost suffocating of smoking). The receptionist was also not very courteous. She however did offer to cancel the room and offer to return the booking which I have not yet received. I do not have a good feedbacks about this facility. I did not stay in the facility and also know this is a negative review, but it was not a good experience. The situation was disappointment and it was very rude and unprofessional way. I had to pay more for a last minute booking in a different location.

Everything was dirty . The rooms ,laundry room ,not cleaned properly even when we reached the garbage wasnt cleaned ,fries behind the side table . Pet hair everywhere very bad experience i wouldnt recommend it to anyone
