Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives: The location was great fore needs.
Negatives: The hotel reaked of marijuana smoke and was as dingey as a gas station bathroom in the public spaces. The staff were completely indifferent. The hotel room was very tired and run down with heavily worn carpet, damaged furniture, and a cracked sink.

Positives: The location is perfect, the facility is nice.
Negatives: the dog feces all over literally in every spot. I told a staff member a dog pee inside by the outside door and the smell is terrible and she just said "okay whatever" and didn't clean it up it's 24 hours and it still there. They don't enforce cleaning up after your dog so literally every inch of the outside grass property has poop on it which I took pics to show corporate. When I first checked in my room was disgusting I also have picks of, what's the point of having cleaning staff if they aren't cleaning, food was under my bed, food stains that were sticky on the floor. When I first came I spent 4 hour whipping this room down walls and all and cleaning it. Than they try telling me I owe another 380 for my dog when I'm telling them I paid it through booking.com with my Affirm account. Corporate needs to do something. I'm not paying an additional 380 when I just spend $2100 to stay and the normal rate is around 1700... so clearly my pet fee is added . Oh and they police been here everyday for some sort of domestic abuse
