Positives: Staff was GREAT! Bar Lounge was very inviting and comfortable, the music that was playing everytime we were in there was great.

Negatives: Elevator has been out since March. Thanksgiving dinner was $85 a person and was awful! we ate maybe a 1/4th of our dinner and paid over $300 for it. Breakfast, we had 3 Breakfast sandwiches, bacon and potatoes, coffee, paid $108, OUTRAGEOUS!!

Positives: I am a repeat visitor. As always, the room was great and the proximity to Northwestern Bienen School of Music even better. It's quieter than where I live, and the neighborhood is good and proximate. Also, restaurant downstairs is very credible. I had a good meal the evening my NU student was busy with concertizing.

Negatives: It is an old building, which I love, and the top floors tend to be overly warm. This is remedied by opening the windows and letting the cool evening air in.

Positives: Location great for school visit, and room size was large. Perfect for a short stay

Negatives: Synthetic pillows but maybe I could have asked for feather. The lift was ancient and I felt like it was gonig to give up every time I took it. The main one was out of order. Thin walls, could hear conversations clearly from adjoining room so ultimately changed my room.
