The staff I did interact with were very friendly and lobby and breakfast area are very nice. Kids enjoyed the pool, and liked the strawberry waffle. Location was great for where we were wanting to go.
Negatives:
The bathtub needs recaulked there was black mold on it, the top throw covers on the beds need to be changed out they had hair and dirty spots on them, room had a musty smell to it, are door didn’t wanna open 2 different times we thought we were locked inside the room, not very many options in the breakfast, no WiFi, and the tv sits low and don’t know what any channels are.

The air conditioning never got to the temperature we set on the thermostat. The hair dryer in our room didn’t work. All in all we were happy with the hotel. It was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Positives:
Location was very easy to find - just off the interstate. It had several types of rooms available and they were all very affordable. The beds were clean and comfortable. The additional furniture in the room was also in good condition. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were able to help us with all our requests. And the hot breakfast in the morning was delicious.
Negatives:
There was a very odd smell in the second floor hallway. And there were definitely parts of our room that weren’t the cleanest.

We asked the front desk 3 times 2 different days if they would turn the heat on to the pool and they said yes they would but they never turned it on. So the three days we were there we had to swim in cold water
