Negatives: Door to room didn’t close all the way on its own, we went out to eat and realized when we returned it hadn’t closed. Had to pull hard to get it closed. Bathroom door did not close at all….. got stuck as soon as it touched door frame. Bathroom tissue had not been restocked and was half gone when we checked in. There weee large containers for shampoo , body wash and cream-rinse in bath but one was empty and not much in other two.

Positives: Convenient location The desk agents were friendly, kind, and over-worked

Negatives: No refrigerator or microwave Bed linens had stains on them. Holes in wall not repaired. Window fell off on the floor while we entered the room. Carpet felt wet all over. Toilet leaked. Coffee had no flavor whatsoever. Breakfast trays were almost empty when we arrived at 7:30. Very few choices. Did not eat.

Negatives: Rooms werent ready, no Fridge or microwave in room, no wash cloths, Toilets sit about 6" off ground, have to hold on to railing in tub to prevent from falling in shower. Vanity and Tub did not drain properly. My back is killing due to mattress sagging in the middle. Will not stay here again.. Had stayed here several times in years past.

Positives: The location of the hotel was wonderful, it was easy to find and close to the stores; plenty of parking

Negatives: The staff were iffy; the pool was closed; breakfast wasn't great, small selection and didn't taste well; beds were hard; the room we booked was not the room we got, when I told them they offered us a junk roll away bed; bathroom was very small.

Positives: Did not eat breakfast, our room was filthy, didn’t trust it. This place should be closed, not fit to stay in.

Negatives: Temperature in our room was 78 degrees, had desk clerk scrub our bathroom for there was sticky stuff all over the floor, bathroom door was fixed with scotch tape, furniture was dusty, carpet had not been vacuumed just to name a few things that was wrong. I could go on but it is a dump and you should not book anyone in that hotel. The bed was worn out!
