The staff was polite and clear couteous.

The cleanliness of my room's bathroom. When I lifted the toilet seat, it was nasty with dried urine also urine was alone the base of the toilet. The hair dryer in the bathroom-when I took it down it was full of dust on top. The iron in the room did not work, when I took it off the wall dust was on top of it AND there was no ironing board in the room-even if the iron did work. Simple details like this matter in a BIG way to me. The bed and pillows could have been firmer.
