I found black mold in the bathroom. There was also an area of paint that had bubbled up from water. The smoke detector was beeping. The new room had an air conditioner that didn’t work. I was instructed to open the window.

It was a last resort...

Location and that’s all. This hotel should be removed immediately from booking.com. Found out that there was a murder there in November. But right after we checked in we were sent to the room. The room was very outdated, nasty, and there were bedbugs. We immediately went back to the front desk and asked for a refund. No!!!! I would not stay there if it was free. I’d rather sleep in my truck.
