Room refresh and clean towels not provide, during the three night stay. Requested towels to obtain them.

The staff was excellent! But when we pulled out the sofa bed there were brown and red stains on the mattress, which was pretty disgusting. Other than that the facilities and everything else was excellent.

I got charged for a parking fee 4 days later. No one charges for that. That is the first time i have ever heard of that. My car was backed into at this property and they don't have cameras outside to see who did it. Stains in the carpet, curtains were ripped only 1 towel in the room. There wasn't much to the breakfast area. Staff wasn't very helpful. Bad area and place to stay in. Decatur has gone down hill so bad i do not recommend this place at all.

When I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, I was told my room was given to someone else and no other rooms were available despite my paid reservation. I had to stay in a smelly, dirty and run down property in the area (Ramada).

Our pillow had a blood stain on it...very gross. Asked for another pillow and was told they were being washed and one would be brought to us. Didn't get one
