The interior design of the inn. The pool area had features like a changing room.the water was nice and clear and just the right temp.
Negatives:
Only one elevator which only served on section of motel. Best western should invest in another elevator which would service the other side of hotel.

The staff was very accommodating excellent service. The pool was wonderful nice and clean lots of fun. The Continental breakfast was absolutely amazing. The room was nice clean comfortable and the beds were really nice and comfortable

Honestly the only thing I could say is on our second day the elevator was down but that was not even an issue it was only one flight of stairs.

Yes, they to put my wife and in a handicap acceptable room, and its not the 1st time they've done this. That was not what we requested, and felt their decision was racially motivated. There was not reason for them to choose that for us.

The hotel seemed very low occupancy. Called the front desk to ask for a 30 minute extension to the 11am check out time and the clerk simply said "we charge extra for that" We had spent the past 3 days at 3 diff hotels all with a 12 noon checkout.
