We had 2 rooms. Handicap accessible room when we walked in refrigerator had a bunch of towels in it with the door opened and the flushing handle on the toilet was broken.

The breakfast was not so good. The bed a/c and the light switch in the bathroom all made noises. On top of that the people above made excessive noise it sounded like they were coming thru the ceiling. I ask Austin to check it out and he did nothing.

The breakfast is definitely not up to standards for any hotel facilities they didn't even have the full line of breakfast they didn't even have orange juice they suggested to one of the other customers to buy it from the vending machine
Negatives:
The bed was very uncomfortable and the TV stations were ridiculous you couldn't find anything it was bad
