The night clerk was so kind to us. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! And I felt like he felt our sorrow after we dropped our daughter off at A-School on that last day...

Hot tub was covered and closed the whole stay. But it in no way hindered our stay. It was our perfect home away from home for our daughters!

Hot tub unavailable/seems to be filled in. Hallways were dirty/dusty/filthy, and major water leakage in the ceiling in the main hallway above the vending machines next to the pool. Leak appeared to be coming out of the light fixture which to me definitely seems like a fire hazard waiting to happen.

We got stuck in the elevator which apparently had been having issues for quite some time. Nothing was offered to us for the trauma it caused us. The staff didn’t seem ti care at all that we were stuck in it. Didn’t call the fire department or anything. And barely offered an apology. Nothing was comped- they didn’t care at all.

The elevator was malfunctioning and seemed to be a safety issue, the control room door was open and being cooled by a big fan which also seemed like it could be a fire hazard, all of the vending machines were out of order and my nephew starting projectile vomiting after drinking apple juice from the breakfast provided.
