Between Friday, Nov 15th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Nov 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Nov 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 16, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: I was impressed that we got adjoining rooms. It was a great surprise and the kids just loved it. The rooms were comfortable and had a decent sitting area for us to enjoy snacks and meals. The breakfast provided was impressive...a lot of options for the kids as they can be picky. Definitely a great location as we were there to enjoy Fright Fest at Six Flags.

Negatives: Pool area was nice but small and the hot tub was not functioning.

Positives: Location is great. Free parking is always nice and the breakfast was very nice and the dining room super cute and clean.

Negatives: Our room was far from clean. To the drapes and blankets being stained along with the carpet that looked horrible. I didn’t want to take my shoes off at all.
