Staff was quite good - nice and helpful - especially the manager. Had an issue with our first room and he was able to move us to another. The place was packed while we were there, so the employees were stretched pretty thin in terms of taking care of everything.
Negatives:
The room was clean enough, but the common areas (hallways and other areas) were not great. The elevator was pretty sketchy, as well, and every time you got on, you hoped it would get you where you were going. They are doing some renovating, which probably added to the messy, cluttered feeling.

The location was great, the staff was friendly, and the beds were comfy.

There was something about the pool air that irritated our eyes. It seemed worse when the hot tub was bubbling. Other than the eye irritation, the pool was a lot of fun. The temperature was nice.
