Door was locked when we came to check in with a no vacancy sign. We had to go to the website to find a phone number and call the hotel. Someone finally came and checked us in.
No shampoo and conditioner available.

Bathroom lock was not working and staff didn't help me out to resolve this issue. Somewhere in the walking passage , bad smell was coming out. Weird experience. I paid more to book the room in this hotel but didn't reach my expectations. It was not worth of value that I paid. Bad experience.

Check in and check out was fast.
Negatives:
The smell in the hallway was kind of like pet urine. The carpet in the room made me not want to put my bare feet on it. The pillows were not comfortable and probably very very old. The fabric of the towels was basically coming undone. There is a kitchen and fridge but not even a single dish/utensil or dishwasher/sponge, not even a bottle of water? Most hotels these days have the little coffee makers in the room or dishwasher and a sponge if there is a kitchen.
