i go there all the time.. and even i checked into my room at 5 pm it seemed like someone one was in there the bathroom light was on... the fan over the stove on and there was a candle in the sink..

Nasty bedsheets were not clean and smelled terrible. The whole building smelled like smoke.When going to ask the person at the front desk for something the rolled up metal wall was down and no one was there. I wouldn't stay there again if you paid me.

It was near plenty of food and shopping options were less than 20 minutes away.

Breakfast was advertised there was none and I only found out by asking. When I booked I specifically asked for a detailed receipt and work up I had to call to complete this. The front area is not really accessible.There was a particular smell in the elevator and the hallways. As I was traveling for business I had to leave at a certain time, however the front desk was not open and would not be open until when I had to leave and I would not be able to come back to check out by 11am. Thankfully some waiting staff was able to take my key card and pass it along. The entire experience was definitely less than I planned. I would have chosen a cheaper hotel closer to the venue if I had known all of the above.

All the employees are polite, friendly and helpful. The manager does a great job of making sure you are comfortable and the facility runs smoothly. The rooms are clean and well maintained. This is one of the best Extended Stay I have ever stayed at.
