Within driving distance of downtown Chicago and providing free 24-hour transfer service to O'Hare International Airport, this Hillside hotel features an on-site restaurant and lounge and an outdoor pool. Satellite TV is offered in every room at Chicago Hillside Best Western Plus. For added convenience, a microwave and refrigerator are also provided. Charlie's Restaurant is located on site and serves American fare for 24 hours a day. Snacks and cocktails are offered at Charlie's Lounge. Guests can take advantage of 24-hour fitness facilities. Local area attractions such as the Brookfield Zoo can be found only minutes from the Chicago Hillside Best Western Plus. The numerous shops at Oakbrook Mall along with the Loyola Medical Center are also nearby. We no longer have a shuttle. Charlies Restaurant and Charlies Lounge closes at 10:00 pm

Location! Right off the expressway.

The first room we received was facing the highway traffic, so it was loud and the air conditioner was loud, the remote needed fresh batteries and the coffee maker didn't work...room 234.
We got a better room on the other side of the hallway, much better.

The room was clean but it was musty like a mildew that was bad but because I only had to be there for afew hours of rest I overlooked it! But I couldnt over look the fact that something in the room bite me and my wife and left bump in my head and my face

The shower heads need updating. Visible rust, squealing noises from the outer ring, poltergeist spin on the inside one. Felt more like a nice 2.5 hotel than a 3 because of dated atmosphere and lack of a pool. Still a good value!

It was a reasonable price and not too far from a shopping plaza that had target, Ihop and other stores to go to. The staff were pretty friendly.
Negatives:
Hotel is slightly dated. I stayed at Best Western in the city a day prior and it was well kept but this location not so much. However, it was clean just dated carpet, fixtures, and need drastic painting. Also, not sure why the $15 hotel/resort fee.

Have been here three times recently. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking is easy and convenient. Reasonable distance to downtown and airport. Like it.

Everything's been great: the staff, breakfast, the gym... The spacious and comfy bedroom... They make your room every single day.
Located in Hillside, right next to the bus stop that takes you to the blue line to go to Chicago downtown, it's a few minutes from Brothers Mexican Grill restaurant (that's really good, I have to say), the petrol station and a Walgreens.
On the other side of the road there's the Hillside bowl and if u walk further down there's a big supermarket, a couple of restaurants, shops and a doughnut bakery (Krispy Kreme) that's just amazing...!
I'll definitely go back to Best Western Chicago next time I fly to Chicago.
