About This Property

Within driving distance of downtown Chicago and providing free 24-hour transfer service to O'Hare International Airport, this Hillside hotel features an on-site restaurant and lounge and an outdoor pool. Satellite TV is offered in every room at Chicago Hillside Best Western Plus. For added convenience, a microwave and refrigerator are also provided. Charlie's Restaurant is located on site and serves American fare for 24 hours a day. Snacks and cocktails are offered at Charlie's Lounge. Guests can take advantage of 24-hour fitness facilities. Local area attractions such as the Brookfield Zoo can be found only minutes from the Chicago Hillside Best Western Plus. The numerous shops at Oakbrook Mall along with the Loyola Medical Center are also nearby. We no longer have a shuttle. Charlies Restaurant and Charlies Lounge closes at 10:00 pm

Positives: Location! Right off the expressway.
Negatives: The first room we received was facing the highway traffic, so it was loud and the air conditioner was loud, the remote needed fresh batteries and the coffee maker didn't work...room 234. We got a better room on the other side of the hallway, much better.

Positives: I liked the location and the gym area.
Negatives: I didnt care for the outdated items in the hotel and the smell in the corridors. When checking in, the srrvice was great but I didnt get any information on the hotel or the facility and what it offered. The pictures don't match the accommodations.
