Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

For being a nonsmoking hotel, the entire 2nd floor had a stench of pot smoke. The kitchenette was full of ants. There was no breakfast as advertised, only a pot of terrible coffee. Not the place for a business traveler.

I like the room because it has kitchen area. It also has two-door refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, bathtub & shower. The room is very spacious. I like the smell of lemongrass when entering the room.
Negatives:
Too bad, the location is almost two hours travel from downtown of Chicago and the bus service is not 24 hours. So, after 9pm, you have to travel by taxi or online transportation services to the hotel.

Booking reservation said breakfast was included and kitchen did not have any silverware, or did the bathroom have any soap and only 2 towels. The fixtures in the bathroom were falling off. when asked about the lack of soap or no breakfast, they said it was corporate and nothing they could do. Horrible experience. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room was dirty we had to supply our own toilet paper. We literally have to pay for everything even to get another set of towels. there was no ice machine,No one came to clean our room. We had to take out the garbage I fell. Three dollars to wash and dry clothes each machine..It was just a terrible stay.

Police were there every night, back door didnt lock so anyone could walk in. People under the influence walking around the property outside trying to talk to you. Police arrested someone on one day, came for a call for a domestic the first night.

They charge you for EVERYTHING: clean towels, extra covers, etc.
They didnt have the small breakfast no muffins NOTHING. THE PLACE IS FILTHY!!! I wouldnt let a dog I hated stay here. Very disappointed in the way this place is. Its gross. The tub was dirty and they charge you to use their cleaning supplies, when in fact it wasnt clean in the first place. And the covers are thin as paper. Owe yea dont forget they charge for pots and pans. Id rather sleep at a cemetery than stay here!!! If you hate someone send them here. Id describe this place as a hotel from h3//.
