Positives: Convenient location to the venue we attended. Only the front desk manager, was polite, everyone else was rude and had attitude.
Negatives: Staff was rude, bathroom was extremely dirty and the ceiling had a huge crack in it. No shower curtain. There were no pool towel or extra bath towels, so you had to pick to shower or swim, not both. Breakfast by 8 am was empty and not being replenished

Negatives: We entire reason we chose this hotel over the others in the area was because the online photos had a hot tub - upon arrival we found out the the hot tub was removed during renovations. To say we were extremely disappointed is an understatement, we felt hugely misled.

Negatives: This hotel charged my card $140.12 even though I booked the room for $120.16 The hotel still has not refunded my money. I have stayed at this hotel three times and all three times my card was charged more money than when I booked the room. I am a regular customer of Hampton Inn and have traveled the world often choosing these hotels, but in all my years I have never encountered such an attitude and problems as I have at this hotel. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.
