I was looking for a hotel that had an indoor pool and a hot breakfast. They delivered on both accounts.

One of the elevators didn't work and it caused a lot of extra walking. One of our adults was getting a knee replacement the next week and it was a real inconvenience for her to put extra steps in her day.

I was charged twice for a one night stay. The clerk stated upon checking in that I did not pre pay for my booking even though I told him I had received an email stating it was paid. I had to pay there once again. Upon reviewing my bank statement while I was home, I did confirm that I had prepaid. Check your bank statements before checking in if they argue this with you as well. I didn't have access so I couldn't prove the charge.
