No complimentary water! You got to be kidding, especially for the money you are charging! I was told by the lady at the front desk the water was complimentary only for Hyatt Place members. BTW, I do happen to be a member!
It would be real nice if the TV remote were to work and for the TV to NOT render a garbled/rumpled image on the majority of channels.

Rooms were older but clean, most of the staff were kind.

We arrived at 10pm, and our room wasn't ready. They were very busy and the poor woman helping us was training however the senior staff member was not assisting her and continued to help everyone else in addition to calling someone to ask them to check on our room which should have been ready long before. She was not very accommodating, unapologetic, and we were patient despite being tired and exceedingly disappointed she kept passing us off to answer phones and assist others who arrived after us while we waited 30+ minutes. We asked for extra towels which we never received until we asked again the next morning from someone else.
The room was fine but nothing exciting considering the price. The breakfast space is crowded and not particularly well designed. Won't be staying here again.
