I generally stay here as I expect good quality, however....
1. Wifi was spotty. Video calls kept cutting out during important meetings. Hotel kept making me log back in.
2. I had to ask a few times for housekeeping to deliver extra towels.
3. TV is dated. Looks like a telly from around 2005. I had repeated connectivity issues and had to have maintenance sort me out. This hotel should spend a little extra to upgrade the TVs.
4. Wasn't as clean as other Hyatt Houses.
5. Sofa was worn and had a dent in the middle.
6. Bathroom is tiny and configured poorly. The door barely closes when on the toilet. Very dim bathroom lighting and fan didn't work well.

Positives:
Quiet and location was good for the purpose of our visit.
Negatives:
Toilet and shower in separate small cubby hole with a door that opens inward. One has to slide between the toilet and the wall to close the door, and if you place a shower mat on the floor, it gets stuck in the door. Breakfast was typical cheap hotel faire--watery reconstituted eggs, reheated frozen sausage, toaster french toast, etc. Carpet at the baseboard was dirty at least 1-2 inches from the wall. To top everything off, this hotel was changing their credit card system and they were unable to accept the credit card I wished to use (better reward card) and I had to use one I didn't want to use. The person checking me out did not know what she was doing. Not what I would have expected for a Hyatt.
