Negatives:
Room 119. Covered up outlet on wall by the bed revealed a loose cover and a hole in wall. Sliding window/door leading outside was broken and could be easily opened from outside. door lock of main door was damaged and did not fully lock. Large Gap between door and frame let in too much light and made it easy for someone to slide in a burglary tool. Also, I made the reservation on booking dot com but the clerk said my reservation did not come through. He got me an equivalent room but I suspect he got some kind of commission for selling me the room rather than just use the online reservation I had already made.

Staff is always great and very helpful! I love the cookie we receive upon arrival.

Across the hall there was a crying dog! Poopie bags on the side entrance floor. It smelled terrible! Guest were in the pool passed 1am being loud! Pool had no towels, most of the tables were dirty. Bathroom in pool area disgusting! Cobwebs in corners of bathroom and entry way. I found couple strands of hair in the bathroom.
