My room was never cleaned. When requested service to clean the room, we were told we had to schedule that with the front desk. So we did. The next day, they still did not clean the room. We were told they forget to put our request on the cleaning list. We had to go seeking clean towels every day we were there (Friday-Monday). Sunday afternoon while napping, the maid opened the door without knocking and immediately left when she realized I was there.
The side entry/exit was never vacuumed. The trash on the carpet was very unsightly. I suggested they explain their cleaning policy to customers at check in or post it in the room.
They did apologize for the lack of service and removed the charges for the last night.
