Between Thursday, Oct 31st, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Nov 1st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Nov 1st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 1, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Room was furthest from the lobby. I had a nervous golden retriever with me and I'm 64 years old with no help. When I entered the lobby..smelled like weed. (I know it is legal) but it leaked. There was dog poop in the hallway of my room. Not even picked up the next morning. Elevator was similar to a loud freight elevator.
