After Wednesday, Sep 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 18, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: I didn't like that the room smelled really bad, like it was damp, and the bathroom, even though it was clean, had a bad smell. They offer pool service but it was under maintenance for a few days and on the last day the water was freezing and my son couldn't enjoy it.
