Parking lot on hill. Among factories. Noisy shower. Overhang leaked and it was pouring. Had to put a note on my dashboard so they wouldn’t tow my car. Will never stay here again.

Staff is so kind no matter how busy or long they have been working!
Great coffee unlike so many other locations that serve water w/ slight coffee flavoring, lol!
Also they are never out of creamer & sweetener which has always been a small issue at other locations.
We have had a great experience during our stay these past 5 nights & will return whenever we are in town!!

Not a big deal at all, but the hallways are freezing! Obviously air conditioners work extremely well!
I guess it's not really a compliant just a comment that's the closest thing to anything slightly uncomfortable about the property I could mention!!
AGAIN THE STAFF @ THE FRONT DESK & CLEANING CREW ARE ALL WORTHY OF PRAISE AND IF I HAD EVERYONE'S NAME I WOULD LIST EACH AND EVERY ONE FOR THEIR KINDNESS, PATIENCE (not just towards us, but also with everyone we witnessed any interaction between)

I was have booked already and I arrived 4 and half am from my travel he said wait to 5 am to system will open
I said it's first time in my life see that , i already booked only give us key of room
When he think we will let him stop from this treatment he take I'd and do check in then give us key ..
He treat with us as kids first time book hotel he not respect and know we know how we book and have a lot experience in alot of motels in different area and state
