they should review their elevator service contract- according to staff their elevator was out for at least 5 days- that's a code violation in most jurisdictions- also would have been nice to know in advance; would have liked a better variety for breakfast

Everything was quick and pleasant.
Negatives:
The elevator was knocked out during a storm and remained closed the entire 4 days. Never saw anyone come to look at it or try to fix it even though we were told someone was coming the very morning we checked in. The pool was also closed, kind of a bummer. Other than that, we really enjoyed the place

No hot water. Hair in tub and on bedding. Door would not locked. Room not clean, old tv. Breakfast was cold not hot.

I made a mistake and booked a room for 11-4 instead of 11-3. The roomed I booked was $129 and the room I got on Friday cost me $169. I could see if it was crowded but there was only about 10 cars in the parking lot. I was ripped off. I will never use your hotel again.
