Check in desk employee was chatting with another employee who was hanging out, waiting for Chipotle delivery. I wasnt informed of breakfast times or food/bar availability. Was not personal customer service.

Facilities were clean and comfortable but a very loud noisy group disturbed my sleep around midnight.

Location for my work near Jolliet,next to highway easy access

Upon check in I am informed that being that I am staying two nights , my room will not be cleaned.I am really surprised ,,I expect that a hotel with a rate over 100 dollars a night will have rooms cleaned daily.The room was not really clean,furniture very old, one lamp did not work, bath tub damaged , area does not look very safe.The hotel is under renovation so there is noise going on during the day...why they did not say that on booking.com? Is that cheating?
