Negatives: They were in the middle of renovations, and although our room was recently renovated, it still had that old, musty, cigarette smell.

Negatives: I didnt like the cleanliness of the rooms or facilities. The rooms are small, deceivingly small, from pictures on their website. The hotel is outdated, and needs major repairs. The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel dispensers were not marked LMFAO. Construction going on and debris everywhere. Floors throughout were filthy. For the $1700++ I spent on accommodations, the hotel was quite overvalued. Had I known there is a Hampton Inn next door, I would have booked with Hampton Inns. The desk clerk tried charging my credit card twice for the bookings. I prepaid in May when booked so my family wouldnt have any issues. LOL what a disappointment. My sister and myself are both asthmatics and had breathing issues the 3 days 2 nights we were there from fumes and dust in the hotel. Marriot Hotels has definately become the new Motel6.

Negatives: I realize marijuana is legal in illinois, but I shouldnt have to smell it in the hallways, elevator and outside doors

Negatives: The breakfast didn't have bacon and sausage. Instead, it had a meat gravy concoction.

Negatives: The room had an unpleasant odor, likely due to pets but other hotels do not have this issue. Potentially was a previous smoking room, which was unpleasant.
