Absolutely everything. I have stayed at the Hilton brand hotels for decades. It is usually where I stay when I travel every time. I will not in the future as they would not cancel my reservation for a family emergency and still charged me. I reached out to them twice asking to cancel days before because of my emergency, and never even got a response back. Incredibly disheartening.

We did not stay. The pool/spa was closed for maintenance for 1 week. There were people arriving for a party. People were smoking weed outside and my friend and I were feeling very unsafe. The guy at the front desk pretended to talk to a manager and refuse
