One towel in the bedroom I asked for additional towels and was asked to walk to the laundry room to see if any were there. She gave me One dirty towel. The bathroom had water on the floor the toilet was leaking, there were no chairs to sit in

The first room had some issues but they moved me right away and apologized very friendly

Showers either dont work. asking for a different room no accommodations. Rebooked a different room check in by my brother and the tub and sink gets stopped up. Rooms smell, pinesol doesnt cover up the smell. Rooms smell like pee. Bed bugs
