Bathroom was dirty, hair all over the floor. The sheets on the sofa bed was not changed, they were dirty. Doors slam loudly when shut. Thin walls.

Mobility access tub was raised. Big drop getting out for someone with mobility issues. Bathroom was roomy and had 3 bars to hold on to. From pictures- might be better to gave a regular room
