Positives: Mini-fridge, twistable TV, in-room coffee station. Lobby smells great! Front desk staff very nice.

Negatives: Bathroom wasn't super clean upon arrival; vanity counter was a bit dirty. No hand towels; only bath and facial sizes left. Went to use the blowdryer and the handle was sticky and absolutely filthy. Tiny garbage can in toilet room inadequate. Hot water took over 10 minutes in shower! No bottled water for the coffee maker. No paper/pen on desk. Noise from traffic pretty loud.

Positives: Nice room

Negatives: We were there at the check in time at 3:00. The guy said he wanted to upgrade us to a presidential suite. We waited 45 mins and then when they said it was ready we got our original room. So why did we even wait the 45 mins! We were late to the wedding that’s the reason we stayed there with the wedding party. We missed them getting married and pictures!! All because the guy at the front desk was jacking us around and they did give us 85$ back but I think the whole stay should have been reimbursed. Oh and then we paid for the free breakfast and then he said he could give us tickets for free breakfast so it wasn’t free!! We will never stay at a Hyatt again and that’s too bad because that is the hotel we always stay at when we travel.
