Positives: The complimentary breakfast was nice. The location was great to easily move from Wheaton, Lisle, and Geneva as well as a quick trip into downtown Chicago

Negatives: The water was cold in our room. The housekeeper came at 10 am and never returned to clean after we asked her to wait. The floors were not clean on our floor. Thw parking lot was lit, but it was not brightly lit.

Negatives: Awful! Very dirty & dated! Dogs barking all night. Breakfast was expensive and disgusting. Chewy powdered eggs and stale dried pancakes. Hard beds and flat pillows. Moldy walls and windows. Stained curtains and walls. Weed & mildew smelly hallways. I could go on and on honestly.

Negatives: Bathroom had just one bath towel and one hand towel. Couldn’t find remote for tv, ended up it was in a corner on the floor away from any shelves or tables. Elevator was dirty. Received e mail stating price for breakfast, stating it was at $ 16, came time for bill I was charged 18. Staff said priced was raised months ago.
