Smelled bad (the room, the hallways, and the entire place). It smelled like mold. The room was also insanely humid every morning I woke up with a pounding head ache and dry mouth.

Positives:
I liked the size of my handicap room. It was huge. Also the kitchen facilities are better than most extended stay there was an oven.
Negatives:
I got very, very, very sick here because of the mold content the minute you walk in you smell mildew. I had no choice but to stay here for a couple of weeks which I did and the entire time I was insanely sick.

Positives:
Good location, clean and calm environment
Negatives:
Kitchen doesn’t have any utensils. While check with front desk, they don’t have anything. No point in having kitchen in room unless you bring all you need.
No breakfast. Only coffee and few muffins as options.

Positives:
Great location , close to restaurants and stores.
Negatives:
My fiancé woke up with whelps on his side from being bitten by bed bugs. There was also a roach climbing up the wall and mice traps in 4 locations indicating that there was a possibility of a mouse being in the room.

Positives:
Place seemed run down and depressing. Had a kitchen but no plates, glasses, silverware cookware so was basically unusable except for the fridge. Awful smell in the room that made me nauseousTgey offered to change my room but couldn’t handle being there any longer and left the next day. Actually stayed there 12 years ago during home renovation for 6 months, but really deteriorated since then.
Negatives:
See above.

Disappointing stay.
Positives:
We never get to stay there. While we were on our way there, they called and told us no rooms are available they are fully booked. I booked a week ago and they gave my room to someone else.
Negatives:
So unprofessional. Calling us few hours before we check in to tell us they don’t have room for us . Giving us no reason just saying they are sorry they are full. I booked in advance so how can they gave my room to someone else. Can you imagine the panic I went through while driving to chicago had stop and search for another hotel. Thankfully we found one had to pay extra $50.

Never staying here.
Positives:
Location was in a nice area, not too far from the amenities and highway. I do want to acknowledge a staff member, Ivy, who helped and saved our stay from turning in to a disaster. I had made a reservation from Booking.com and normally I have never had an issues booking through them. I had booked a suite as it was going to be for 5 people however when I checked in I was given a small room with only 1 double bed. I was informed that is what was booked through Booking.com and I even showed the staff that is not what I booked. I had a confirmation for a suite room. I tried to explain how could one small room with only 1 bed going to accommodate 5 people. I was initially advised to speak with Booking.com to resolve this issue which as taking too long as I was on hold with booking.com. However, Ivy was really nice and helpful and she was able to offer us another room that could accommodate 3 people. So we ended up with two rooms. So we really appreciated that.
Negatives:
Rooms could have been a bit more updated but for the price they were comfortable for sure
Breakfast to go was extremely limited. They only had a on the go grab bars to eat and muffins
