Positives: Manager and hotel staff were very welcoming and attentive. The bar and free hot breakfast was the icing on the cake. Hotel is in a good location with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. We were in town for a youth football tournament, staff was very patient with the boys as they could get a little loud at times. Thank you again to the wonderful staff.

Negatives: BED BUGS. I stayed in Room 305. It did not feel very clean, and I noticed what I thought was a lady bug crawling on the wall and on the window curtain. I noticed small reddish-brown stains on the sheets when I awoke and did not think of it again until the night I checked-out and saw a cluster of bed bug bites on my forearm, and then noticed them on my other forearm, hands, face and back of neck. Then I saw small blood specks on my pajama neck as well. The bites are disgusting and I’ve spent the days since my check-out cleaning and discarding my personal belongings for fear of bringing these pests into my home. I contacted the hotel with these concerns but I do not have any confidence that they are taking care of the situation.
