Yes! I booked the room that stated it would accommodate 5 people and that was not the case. This hotel does not provide pull out cards. I had to find alternative accommodations for one of us

The staff was attentive and friendly. The bananas at breakfast had little notes of encouragement written on them with sharpies.
Negatives:
The mattress wasn?t the best. You had to either sleep on the edge of the bed or you would roll/sink in the middle.

Everything about this stay was poor. There was a power outage which resulted in no running water for our first night. They refused to credit us for that night, stating that it wasn't their problem. Well I have news for you, it was not my problem either, but I paid over $200 for a hotel room in which I couldn't use the restroom or take a shower or do anything else. Next day was more excuses from the staff and no hot water. Third day the water was finally normal, but our door keys discontinued working. And they only service your room each day IF YOU ASK them to do so. So on our 3 night stay the room was cleaned once. And they didn't even change the sheets on the bed during that cleaning. This is an OK hotel, facilities are average, but the execution is downright horrible.

The hotel, including my room, was very clean. The staff was courteous, helpful and professional. The breakfast choices were many and good. I liked the location and surrounding area.
Negatives:
I had to make a room change shortly after checking in due to a non-working toilet. It ended well but could have been a mess.
