Check in was an hour late due to staff shortness, communication was terrible cause no one speaks english.. my daughter broke out in hives and something bit me which cause medical to go to the urgent care and had to get a shot for allergic reaction. Management thought 50 was ok to credit back don't go here unless u check beds and rooms. Otherwise the young lady at front desk cool

The person at the front desk was nice, but when our key didn’t work. She kept asking were we sure. We received another set of keys and they did not work for the room either.
Negatives:
We had to ask for towels, blankets for the sofa bed. There was no cups for drinking water. There was construction on the floor we were staying on. They don’t tell you they are under construction.

The hotel is dirty, the smell of hashish is everywhere, the bathroom is disgusting, and on top of that, it was a terrifying night for my children because the fire alarm went off in our room for no reason. If I had not come down and asked to change the room, otherwise this inconvenience would have lasted until the morning.
