Negatives: The room had a wet dog smell, the shower was difficult to get working, there was NO hot water, there was mold in the bathroom, and the room was damp.

Negatives: We booked a king bed with a sofabed room. The room did not have a sofabed. The hotel advertised it had a swimming pool. The pool had no water. The lobby smelled and the room was dirty.

Negatives: The whole place smelled like mold and mildew especially oue room, I puked because the milk was spoiled, room was dirty especially the bathroom, the shower didnt work, no real,buffet breakfast and what they do have is mostly old, and pool was closed due to plumblng issues.

Negatives: The property is undergoing renovations that are not posted or listed the pool is not in use and the breakfast is EXTREMELY limited. and I was not made aware of this until I checked in, I brought my family to expecting a full breakfast and pool with the price I paid! The front desk girls had no clue how to do the digital key, and looked so shocked when I told them my dirty towels were still in my room after being gone all day. There was a bad draft of cold air coming from under my heater in my room. The bathroom shower head looks like its going to fall out of the wall. Im very disappointed.

Positives: Breakfast was none really because of covid 19. Our stay was good we were close to all the activities and my brother's house. Thanks for good stay.
Negatives: Was up for our sister-in-law Funeral, we didn't know you offered a bereavement discount. But was told that we booked through Booking.com so we couldn't get it.
