Front desk staff was very accommodating. Helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
Our room had only 2 towels for a 4 person booking. Asked for two additional towels and there was an extra fee for them. Asked if there was a mistake, they knew we had 4 people but don't leave out enough towels for the amount of people in the room. Hotel policy, and we paid a few dollars more for 2 towels. Not a show stopper, but felt like i was ripped off. 4 people staying 2 nights need more than 2 towels.

Location and very clean.
Negatives:
There was never anyone at the front desk. Checked in late, phone outside didn’t work. Was charged for dishes that at other ES Suites are free. Key cards quit working multiple times and had to try and keep coming back to the front desk and wait until someone was there. The person that checked us in didn’t say anything about our dog, but another desk clerk after we were there a few days noticed and charged us not only the pet fee but also an additional charge for not paying the per fee up front.
