Positives:
Some of the staff was nice. Whoever the man was that worked on 4/27 (morning shift) was not nice or helpful. I called complained about the toilet not working around 6:30 am He told me he was not able to come because he was doing breakfast but would make a point to come check it later in the day. We left after breakfast, and got back around 3. Nothing had been done to the toilet.
Negatives:
Visible stains in the carpet that looked as though there had not been any attempt to clean them up and a large amount of hair In the bathroom on the floor and in the shower. I had to re-clean the bathroom before I felt comfortable using it. Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures of the hair in the bathroom

Clean convenient and very close to I 280. Good value for the money. Breakfast was better than many. Room and bathroom were spacious.

Carpet needed to be either cleaned or replaced. Room was dated along with the furniture. Biscuits served with gravey were as hard as rocks, had to throw them, coffee was normally just warm, like my coffee hot.

Staff was rude and not welcoming at all! I've stayed before a couple times and was nothing like it was now . Coffee was literally hot water and asked of they could make more because of it and got told they just did and didn't care it was like that.

My daughter enjoyed the breakfast. I did like the bed, it was comfortable and the white down comforters covered with sheets made me more comfortable than normal gross comforters.
Negatives:
The front desk was not friendly. Our keys had to be re keyed multiple times to get access to our room and would not work on the back door. The carpet was gross. Some of the people we were with, lights and TVs did not work in their room. In the morning, cleaning staff knocked on our door twice to try to clean the room, when it was even close to check out time..
