Most impolite receptionist I have ever met, simply saying "RUDE" does not express how unprofessional this person was! Even forgot to program in my wake up call for my international flight the next morning @ 0400!
The WIFI required an unnecessary exercise for access! The receptionist did not enter my name correctly into the system, so accessing the WIFI was impossible, not to mention filling in ones required personal information was more like a job application for Gods sake
