Negatives: Immediately as I was checking in the hotel i noticed an odd smell in the lobby like something wasnt cleaned properly. As I checked in I was told I needed to put down $100 as a deposit just incase I damaged anything (Im an African American male) and the guy infront of me was an older Indian gentleman and he was told he needed to put down a $50 deposit. Not sure why I was charged more but I have my ideas. Regarding the room it was not clean. The floor had lube all over it I almost fell. The head board had hand prints all over it and smeared with lube as well. And there were crusty white things on the counter I didnt know what it was and didnt want to find out. There were blood spots on the sheets under the comforter. Lastly I tried to get my refund and I was constantly told that I was already refunded but my bank is telling me otherwise. Ive been put on hold multiple time but was hung up on by Shail if thats even his real name. Im starting to think this place is a scam and poorly managed.

Negatives: The room was bad! Window broken, Fridge didn't work, T.V. didn't work & the room had a funny smell. Was offered a different room but when we used the shower the whole front room flooded! The room was very shaby to say the least! I've been to Red Roof Inn by Midway Airport & it was NOTHING like this! That one was clean & put together where as this one was like a transient pit stop that easily turned into a extended stay! Have yet to have my $100 room deposit returned which was spung on me at check in time & still hasn't been returned which has really left a bad taste in my mouth. Need my $100 room deposit returned A.S A.P

Positives: A clean room on my arrival small local restaurants at walking distance also the sensor lights for the sink and bathroom area was a nice
