Positives:
Location was good. Lots of dining options near by. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but the nice thing was that it was later than most, lasting until 1000.
Negatives:
Key cards did not work - took three times to get ones that did. Second front desk person we dealt with was not friendly. Checkout took too long but person at desk was kind and friendly.

Positives:
The front desk person at check in was welcoming and professional (I saw him just once). The facilities are excellent and at a very convenient location. It was easy to get from and to O’Hare Airport.
Breakfast was included and it was good. The kitchen staff kept the area clean and everything, such as plates and cups were always available. I saw some hard working women in that area
Negatives:
I would have expected a more friendly staff at the front desk. It was not case except for two of them who were helpful and kind.
